The wacky Brit, Mr. Bean, is a museum guard mistaken for Dr. Bean, a renowned art expert, when Whistler's Mother is being transported to the Grierson Gallery.

The Mr. Bean character is unmistakably funny. That being said, this might be just a little too much of that funny character. We're used to seeing him in seven minute skits - this is an hour and a half of Mr. Bean.

Although this is a humorous movie, the script is a little weak and Mr. Bean just doesn't seem to have enough to do. Fans of the TV show and comedy aficionados will surely enjoy it more than the average Joe.
